This event is sponsored by the Muncie Black Expo and starts the celebration of the 2023 Muncie Homecoming Festival.  Scheduled to be held at Ivy Tech Community College - Fishers Building in the Multipurpose Room .  Our Keynote Speaker will be Dr. Teresa Jeter, Founder/CEO of TMJ Consultants.
